Healthy Eating Tips
Follow these tips to eat healthy and you can immediately get closer to your weight loss goals. Losing weight is not rocket science, in fact it is surprisingly easy once you know how.
1. Eat more starchy foods
Many people think starchy foods such as potatoes, rice and pasta are fattening but they actually contain fewer calories gram for gram than fat each.
Choose whole grain rice and pasta, potato skins and trying to put something at every meal flour.
You will feel full longer which will help to keep you from snacking later.
2. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables
The recommendation is to eat at least five servings of fruits and vegetables every day but realistically speaking how many people actually do that?

4. Reduce salt
Even those who do not sprinkle salt on the plate they can still get too much salt.
Many soups, breakfast cereals, bread and sauce’ve had a lot of salt added. Salt salary increases blood pressure and high blood pressure increases your chance of having a stroke or heart disease.
5. Eat breakfast

You do not get the benefit of that but it certainly helps to pile on the pounds. If you want to have an alcoholic drink you have to choose a glass of wine over beer every time.
